We measure your average position on Google Maps across your area for your main search, against the check we run the day you give us access.

   The 30 days start on the day you give us Manager access to your Google profile.

   That day we run a baseline check: your position on Google Maps for your main search, taken from every point on your scan grid around your business.

   "Rank" means your average position across all of those points. Where you don't show in the top 20 at a point, that point counts as position 21.

4. 4

   After 30 days we run the same check again. If your average position is not better than the baseline, we refund your first month's fee.
